  1. I am not really happy with the customer service because the representative behind the IRS phone number (800) 829-1040 is not much helpful. Kindly share some short wait and reliable number to contact IRS. I called them 3 times yesterday. but unfortunately, the toll-free number is not as good as you think.

    My sister is also calling on the company helpline number, but the number mentioned above is not reachable. Maybe due to off-timings. Please share customer service IRS hours. We will try once more to get answers.
